In this blog I will dramatically increase your desire to exercise. I know, I heard you, “just what I always wanted.” Hang in there and let’s move it for 30 minutes each day.
• Every day is another chance to get stronger, to eat better, to live healthier and to be the best version of you.
• Push harder than yesterday if you want a different tomorrow.
• You may not always get what you wish for, but you will always get exactly what you trained for.
• Unless you puke, faint or die keep going.
• Food is the most abused anxiety drug. Exercise is the most under utilized antidepressant.
• I exercise because somehow completely exhausting myself is the most relaxing part of my day.
• How many Mondays have been and gone since you said “I’ll start next week?” Take action. Start today.
• The only bad workout is the one that didn’t happen.
• I would rather be covered in sweat at my home gym than covered in clothes at the beach.
• Strength doesn’t come from what you “can” do. It comes from overcoming the things you once thought you “couldn’t”.
• Today I will EAT RIGHT; EXERCISE; BE KIND; SLEEP WELL; REPEAT.
