Is there a term commitment for my rental?
There is no time commitment. Just give a 30 day cancellation notice prior to next billing cycle to prevent the next monthly charge.
Do you offer a rent-to-own option?
If at any time during your equipment rental, you wish to purchase the equipment instead, we will provide a percentage buyout credit applied to your purchase price. Call 866.497.0494 for details.
Do you charge for delivery or pickup?
One charge of $500 covers both the delivery and pickup of your equipment within the counties of Middlesex, New Haven, Hartford, Litchfield & Fairfield. Additional fees may apply to areas outside these counties and/or if there are stairs or disassembly required. Call 866.497.0494 for details.
Is there a deposit - if so, what is the cost?
Yes, there is a $250 refundable security deposit charged for any equipment rental.
